Military equipment distributor cquisition drives plans for SA workforce growth
Gentex Australia, headquartered in Salisbury, has successfully acquired military equipment distributor Aero Parts Australia and is now planning to grow its South Australian workforce. Developing and manufacturing personal protection and situational awareness equipment, Gentex is currently a key innovation and manufacturing partner of the Joint Strike Fighter program.
Steve Madaras (Gentex Australia Managing Director) thinks the company’s location in SA increases and enhances potential for local participation through partnership, collaboration and direct supply opportunities into global supply chain arrangements.
